Ingredients: -5 Eggs
-175 g of sugar
-300g of dark chocolate
-Marsala (a drop, optional)
-300g of tinted almonds
To decorate:
Powdered sugar
Procedure: Mix all the ingredients together, except the dark chocolate, melt in a bain-marie and add at the end, together with the tinted almonds. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes
Dust with icing sugar before serving
